Base Salary: £100,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
Annual Bonus: Up to 10% performance-based

• Base salary from £100,000 (genuinely negotiable for the right person)
• Annual bonus up to 10% based on practice and personal performance

You're an established veterinary surgeon who's confident in your clinical abilities. You've done the hard years. You know what good practice looks like because you've seen (and possibly endured) what bad practice looks like. You're ready to build something better.

This role is for someone who wants to make it their own. We'll give you the autonomy, resources, and trust to elevate our clinical standards and help grow the business. In return, we need you to care about outcomes, not just outputs.

You understand that 1+1=3. You can work alongside our existing team, mentor junior colleagues, and help us attract more brilliant people to Guernsey. You're a leader even if you've never held a "leadership" title.

What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be split between excellent clinical work and helping us systematically improve everything we do:

• Providing first-opinion veterinary care to the highest standards
• Developing and implementing clinical protocols and best practices
• Mentoring and developing our veterinary and support team
• Contributing to practice management and strategic decisions
• Building relationships with clients and the broader Guernsey community
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and improvement
• Participating in on-call rota (fairly compensated and scheduled)
